At KEEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn gear. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, we provide easy online processing to ensure you get back on the trail as soon as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items in their original shoebox, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
